P90X Workout Review Day 9
I really wasn’t feeling like working out today, but once I got started with P90X Plyometrics, I started to feel great. Today has confirmed the fact that I really like P90X Plyometrics. I think that this is the perfect amount of cardio exercise for me and I think that it has the perfect balance of low and high impact exercises. If you followed my daily Insanity reviews; you might know that I am really not a fan of jump training exercises. However, P90X Plyometrics is slowly changing my mind about this.
I cannot say that there was any noticeable increase in performance in P90X Plyometrics today over last week, but I certainly performed very well. I still feel like most of the Insanity workouts that I had been conditioned for were much more difficult than P90X Plyometrics and I think thank my body is happy with this as it knows that I could be beating it up so much worse.
I am not saying that I do not have room for improvement on P90X Plyometrics. I am just saying that I do very well at many of the exercises. There are some that I have trouble with, and even a few that I need to take a 2 or 3 second break. But overall, I am already able to keep up with the folks on the video, at least more so than I was able to in most of the Insanity workouts.
I am without a doubt looking forward to doing it again next week. Tomorrow will be my favorite P90X workout, Day 10 P90X Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X. Be sure to check back in to see how it went.
